The prices given apply to payment for the period of care for 1 month. When paying in advance for the period:

• 6 months = 10% off,
• 12 months = 20% off.

IN THE BASIC RATES WE OFFER:

• 2 hours WordPress any help per month for free.
• help with WordPress 7 days a week (on Sundays and holidays also) in an amount of 1 hour per month,
• assistance from 7a.m. to 11p.m.
• taking care of continuous updates of all WordPress elements (WordPress, theme*, plugins) – 2 times a week. If plugins or premium template are installed on the website – the customer must provide us with data to download new updates,
• taking care of WordPress backup ** – twice a week. We keep the entire backup in the cloud. The client in the WordPress panel has an insight into the number of backups and can download them.

WORDPRESS UPDATES AND BACKUP

• Twice a week – taking care of continuous updates of all WordPress elements (WordPress, theme*, plugins). If plugins or premium template are installed on the website – the customer must provide us with data to download new updates,
• Twice a week – taking care of WordPress backup. We keep the entire backup in the cloud. The client in the WordPress panel has an insight into the number of backups and can download them. We have 20 GB of free cloud storage available for the client.

• At the beginning of our work, we analyze WordPress and suggest what and how should be improved or changed,
• Please grant us access to the WordPress panel and to FTP hosting,
• After agreeing on all customer requirements – we install our plugins on the indicated WordPress installation and take care of their updating and backup
